摘要
总结123例宫颈癌放化疗患者癌因性疲乏的疲劳状况及护理。认为宫颈癌放化疗患者的疲劳症状应引起护士高度重视,护理重点为做好心理干预,缓解患者心理压力,加强放化疗期间护理,注重给药护理,建立良好的睡眠环境,注意行为干预和自我管理,提高患者的生活质量。
To summarize cancer related fatigue conditions of 123 cervical cancer patients who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy and discuss how to take care of them.Nurse should pay great attention to fatigue symptom of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients The key point of care is to do well in psychological intervention,to ease the psychological pressure of patients,to enhance care during chemotherapy,to focus on administration of nursing,to establish good sleep environment,to pay attention to appropriate activities,to mobilize patient selfcare capacity and improve their life quality.
