老年胃癌术后应用肠内营养管胃肠减压的疗效 被引量：6

摘要 胃癌是临床常见的一种恶性肿瘤疾病,其发病率居消化道恶性肿瘤的首位,早期无明显病症,等到发现病症时患者已多发展为晚期,随着人口老龄化的发展和身体机能的减弱,加之不良的生活习惯,使得老年人成为了胃癌的高发人群,严重影响着患者的预后和经济负担〔1〕。目前手术治疗是胃癌的首选治疗方案〔2〕,为了探讨应用肠内营养管胃肠减压的临床效果,本院选取诊治的老年胃癌患者随机分为两组给予不同的治疗方案进行对比研究。
