摘要
独立于任何文学派别,伍尔夫用独特的视角描写了一个充满"存在"、"无"、"空"、"超验"、"雌雄同体"、"对立统一"的文学世界;通过声、色、光、活着的、死去的以及人们心理及大脑最细腻的活动,伍尔夫用文字视觉化了隐藏在波涛背后的节奏和串起无数瞬间的那条隐线,昭示着道家对控制宇宙平衡神秘力量的追求,即视无物之象,言无名之状,寻天地之根;然万物与我为一,且得有言乎?
Independent of any canonized discourse and set in a uniquely personal context,Virginia Woolf had explored concepts of 'being', 'non-being', 'nothing', 'emptiness', 'nothingness', 'transcendence', 'androgyny',and 'inter-dependence of polarities',which are exactly what Taoists meditate on.Through word,sound,color,light and everything living and dying,including people's mental and psychological activities,Woolf has visualized the rhythm behind the waves or the thread connecting moments,which corresponds to the Taoist search for the 'hidden,ubiquitous and eternal' force that keeps the universe in dynamic balance.For both Virginia Woolf and Taoists,life is a process of seeing the invisible through the visible,the absent through the present,and the formless through the form.
