摘要
两亲嵌段共聚物形成的胶束、囊泡等典型的自组装体可作为纳米医药载体,用于药物的控释,其研究已成为当前胶化、医药和生物学科交叉领域的热点。尤其是聚乙二醇型两亲嵌段共聚物,不仅具有良好的生物相容性,而且通过适当的分子设计可形成对环境具有刺激响应的纳米载体。本文着重综述了这类两亲嵌段共聚物的自组装及其在药物控释方面的研究,总结了影响自组装的因素,并介绍了控释药物的机理。
As an excellent self-assembly aggregates, the micelles and vesicles formed by amphiphilic block copolymers could be used as nano-controlled drug delivery system. Especially the copolymers containing PEG chains exhibit excellent biocompatibility, and they will be stimuli-responsive if we design a suitable molecular structure. In this paper, we review the research on self-assembly and drug controlled release of stimuli-responsive amphiphilic block copolymers. Furthermore, we summarize the factors affect the self-assembly of these amphiphilic block copolymers, and we introduce the specific mechanism of the drug-controlled release system.
