超声心动图评价双心室同步起搏治疗扩张型心肌病难治性慢性心力衰竭 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声心动图评价双心室同步起搏治疗扩张型心肌病药物难治性慢性心力衰竭的近期疗效。方法对17例双心室同步起搏治疗的扩张型心肌病致药物难治性心力衰竭患者治疗前后的超声心动图进行比较。结果治疗前后反映左室整体功能的血流动力学指标左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、二尖瓣最大返流面积、和左室充盈时间速度积分(LVEA)差异(p<0.05),而室间隔及左室后壁收缩期增厚率则无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论双心室同步三腔起搏治疗扩张型心肌病慢性心力衰竭近期内能够改善超声心动图指标,不增加左室心肌收缩力。
