316L选区激光熔化增材制造熔池搭接堆积形貌分析 被引量:13

摘要 针对选区激光熔化成型过程中的熔池搭接及堆积形貌特征进行了分析,获得了扫描策略、扫描间距、铺粉厚度等加工参数与熔池搭接及堆积形貌特征关系的解释模型,借此进行了熔池搭接及堆积形貌优化分析,并采用316L不锈钢对该模型进行了实验验证。结果表明:合理配置激光功率、扫描间距、铺粉厚度、扫描策略等加工参数,可控制成型件的搭接及堆积形貌,进而改善成型件的致密性,提高成型件的表面质量以及获得更好的使用力学性能。 The characteristics of the morphology of molten pools lapping and accumulation are analyzed in this paper. An analytical model was established firstly. Then,this model which can illustrate the relation between the morphology of molten pools lapping and accumulation and the processing parameters such as scanning strategy,scanning space,powder thickness was used to optimize the morphology of molten pools lapping and accumulation. The material of 316L stainless steel was used to test the model. The result shows that good morphology of lapping and accumulation can be attained by proper adjustment of processing parameters,and accordingly,the density,surface quality and mechanical properties of the SLM part have ameliorated.
