摘要
目的回顾分析术后早期炎性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗的疗效,介绍自己的经验和体会。方法 14例术后早期炎性肠梗阻,均采用包括禁食,胃肠减压,静脉营养,使用糖皮质激素、H2受体阻断剂与生长抑素,针刺足三里、天枢、大肠俞穴,经胃管灌注复方大承气汤、石蜡油或植物油等中西医结合治疗方法。结果14倒全部治愈,无中转手术、无并发症,平均住院14.5d。结论明确诊断术后早期炎性肠梗阻,并积极采取中西医结合治疗,效果显著,并发症少。
Objective Reviewing and analyzing the curative effect of the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction, to introduce our experience. Methods The 14 patients were treated with the methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Treatment included fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,total parenteral nutrition,glucocorticoid,famotidine and somatoastin, acupuncture cave, pour herb water into stomach. Results All of the patients were cured, no complication occurred, the average time of treatment was 14. 5 days. Conclusion With the definite diagnosis of the cases and positive treatment as so, curative effect is marked and seldom complication occurs.
