摘要 近年来,高校培训在国内的发展势头日益强劲。这是由于学习型社会的构建和全民终身教育理念的不断深入,为高校培训发展提供了良好的契机。高校作为我国教育事业中一支重要力量,理应坚持自觉为经济社会的发展提供服务,理应为社会培养人才并积极融入人才培训市场,充分利用自身优势教育资源开拓培训市场,从而为国家和社会培养高层次综合化的各类人才。准确把握高校开拓培训市场的四点优势,有利于高校根据市场需求和社会形势的发展,在开拓培训市场中发挥主体作用。 In recent years, college training is increasingly gathering momentum in the country. This is due to the construction of the concept of lifelong education and the deepening of a learning society, provides a good opportunity for the development of university training. As an important force of China's education, college should adhere to consciously provide services for economic and social development, and personnel training for the community should actively integrate into the training mar-ket, make full use of their advantages to develop educational resources and training market, so as to develop the state and so-ciety high-level synthesis of various talents.
