摘要
生态经济区是区域发展的一种模式,张家口建设生态经济区是外部环境和内部矛盾相互作用的结果。首先论述了影响生态经济区建设的4个因素及各因素的主要矛盾方面。然后从自然的可能性、经济的可行性和政策的可容性3个方面阐述了张家口建设生态经济区的必要性。最后从区域一体化的视角阐述了建设生态经济区是张家口在首都圈区域中的功能定位和价值取向。
Ecological economic zone is a model of regional development.The construction of Ecologi-cal Economic Zone of Zhangjiakou is the result of the interaction of the external environment and internal contradictions.First,the four main factors influencing the construction of ecological economic zone and their main contradictions were discussed. Then, from the natural possibility, economic feasibility and policy capacitability,the necessity of construction of Ecological Economic Zone of Zhangjiakou was elabo-rated.Last,from the perspective of regional integration,it was concluded that the construction of the e-conomic zone is Zhangj iakou’s ecological function and value orientation in the capital economic circle.
