本文通过介绍日本召回法律体系,分析总结了日本召回制度的历史背景和发展趋势,对日本召回制度和工作程序进行了梳理,可供我国缺陷产品召回管理参考借鉴。
This article introduces the system product recall law in Japan, and summarizes its historical background and development trend. Also, it combs Japanese recall system and working procedure to give useful reference to the management of defective product recall in China.
