摘要
本文提出了技术转移的定义与基本分类,分析了技术转移在人类社会的三个发展阶段,指出了技术转移的若干基本规律与特征,论述了技术转移对于一个国家经济发展的决定性作用,最后对技术转移理论研究的早期历史问题提出了自己的独到看法。
In this thesis,the author gives a definition and makes a basic classification of tech-
nology transfer,analyzing the three stages of technology transfer in the human society.
He indicates some essential laws and features of technology transfer.The author also ana-
lyzes the critical functions of technology transfer in the development of national econo-
my.Finally he presents his own point of view on the early history of the theoretical
research of technology transfer.
