一、洛阳旅游业的发展现状1980年以来,洛阳入境游客平均以年递增率24％的速度增长,创汇率平均年递增率为29.9％。至1987年,入境游客达5万余人次,国内游客每年达500余万人次。其中旅游高峰的四月牡丹花会期间,十天内中外游客达300余万人次,接近城市人口的3倍。1987年创汇1000余万元,国内游客收入达6160万元。1987年牡丹花会期间,城市经济贸易额达2.5亿多元,其中外汇286万美元,签订经济合同170项,引进外资5000多万美元,国内资金9000多万元。但就目前情况看。
This thesis analyzes the present situation and favourable conditions for the touristindustrial development in the ancient capital-Luoyang , discusses Luoyang's superiority of tourist resources in its numerous historical sites with long history and splendid culture,and proposes a program to build a touristnetwork with the guiding principle to develop and exploit the tourist resources of Luoyangcity .
