摘要肾盂旁囊肿(Peripelvic cyst of kidney),是一类非遗传性肾囊性病变,为肾脏囊肿病变中的一种特殊类型,发生于邻近肾盂的囊肿,为泌尿外科少见疾病。肾盂旁囊肿不同于一般的肾囊肿,它是位于肾门的囊肿,严格的说是肾门部淋巴结或其他非实质性组织发生的囊肿,常为多房性,如同许多小囊肿连接成网深入肾窦内。
