摘要
目的探讨胎儿出生缺陷多学科会诊制度在产前咨询和指导中的实施策略。方法对孕妇进行计算机管理预约登记,并组织超声、产科和儿外科医师组成的专家组进行定期会诊作出诊断,与单纯的超声诊断结果进行比较,追踪随访并提供帮助和指导。结果44例孕妇通过多学科会诊,在超声诊断基础上修正诊断7例,22例采纳建议继续妊娠,其中18例预后良好,9例出生后接受手术并取得成功。结论多学科会诊制度能够提高出生缺陷诊断的准确率,并使出生缺陷出生儿得到早期干预,改善胎儿预后。
Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary consultation system in the prenatal consultation of birth defects. Methods The pregnant women were required to make an appointment by computer-managed registration. A multidisciplinary team composed of sonologists,obstetricians and pediatricians surgeons was available for the pregnancy with fetal abnormalities diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound. The diagnosis made by multidisciplinary consultation was compared with the diagnosis by simple ultrasound examination .All patients were followed up with medical assistance and guidance.Results 44 pregnancies received multidisciplinary consultations. The diagnosis of 7 cases was modified after consultations. 22 cases maintained pregnancy,of which 18 had good outcomes and 9 had surgery successfully.Conclusion Multidisciplinary consultations can increase the accuracy of the diagnosis and improve the outcome of neonates with birth defects by early intervention.
