子痫前期早期诊断研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 子痫前期属于妊娠期高血压疾病,以高血压和蛋白尿为其主要症状,对母婴有很大伤害,因此加强孕妇早期监测,预测该病的发生发展,对减少并发症、降低母婴死亡率有重要的临床意义。大量研究表明子痫前期由遗传、表观遗传、母婴免疫不相容性等因素所致,如能发现这些病因的标志物,用于早期临床诊断,对于该病的治疗和保健具有重要意义。本文对子痫前期发病机制、相关的致病基因、相关分子标志物以及胎儿游离DNA在该病早期诊断中的应用做一综述和展望。
