摘要
目的探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)骶髂关节改变的CT特点。方法回顾性总结2000年12月～2005年12月在我院确诊的AS40例骶髂关节CT影像资料;根据CT分级,结合其临床表现及病理组织学变化进行分析。结果 AS骶髂关节CT表现以病变累及骶髂关节滑膜部髂骨侧为主,出现软骨钙化、关节间隙改变、关节面及面下骨结构改变以及骶髂韧带钙化。结论强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节CT检查能够准确地反映其病变不同阶段的改变,为临床分期提供客观依据,有助于提高早期诊断率。
Objective To discuss the CT features of sacroiliac joint in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)in order to differentiate AS from other diseases.Methods The CT features of sacroilitis were analyzed retrospectively in 40 patients with AS.Results The CT features included most involvement in iliac side,cartilage calcification,joint space narrowing or widening,articular surface and undersurface erosion,and ligament calcification.Conclusion CT scanning in sacroiliac articulation is helpful to improve the early diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.
