摘要
N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)是由心室肌合成并释放的肽类,当心室壁张力变化改变时其释放增多。NT-proBNP被认为心力衰竭诊断和评估预后的生物标记物。研究表明NT-proBNP对冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)诊断及其预后具有临床应用价值。NT-proBNP在心脏外科特别是冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)及心脏瓣膜手术中的临床价值逐渐引起了人们的注意。本文就NT-proBNP在心脏外科领域中的临床应用及研究进展做一综述。
N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide( NT-proBNP) is a kind of peptide which synthesized and secreted by ventricular muscle. When the stress of ventricular wall changes,NT-proBNP has an increasing secretion. NT- proBNP is recognized as a biomarker which can be used in the diagnosis of heart failure and prognosis prediction. Current studies have shown that NT-proBNP has clinical application value in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary artery disease( CAD). The clinical value of NT-proBNP in cardiac surgery,especially in coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG) and cardiac valvular surgery gradually attracts popular's attention. This article reviews the clinical application and research progress of NT-proBNP in cardiac surgery field.
