摘要
国家职能是国家的基本活动和基本作用.对国家职能界定和把握的正确与否关系着国家的生存与发展.我国社会主义建设的巨大成就得惠于邓小平科学的国家职能理论.本文从政治学视角,概括了邓小平的国家职能理论的主要内容和特点,初步揭示了这一理论的理论价值和实践意义.
The state functions refer to the basic activities of and the roles played the state. The correct definition and understanding of the state functions is vital to the state existence and development. China's great achievements in her socialist construction since the implementation of the reform and opening policy benefit from Deng Xiaoping's theory of the state functions . This paper presents ,from political science perspective, an outline of the main contents and characteristics of Deng's theory of the state functions and attempts a preliminary exploration of its theoretical value and practical significance.
