摘要
近年来,由于水污染加重、旱灾频发、水资源利用率低以及水利设施不足等方面的原因,导致其水资源供求方面的矛盾越来越为突出.从玉溪市的用水结构看,其农业用水占总用水量的65%以上.因此,加大发展节水农业力度,对于缓解供水矛盾,减少水资源浪费,提高水资源利用率,发展高产优质高效农业,促进农业的可持续发展具有重要意义.
In recent years,contradictions between water supply and demand are sharpening because of aggravated water pollution,frequent draughts,low use ratio and deficient water conservancy facilities.Of the total water consumed in Yuxi City,65percent is used for agriculture.Therefore,promotion of the development of water-saving agriculture can relieve the stress of water supply,reduce the waste of water resources,and increase the water use ratio.It is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture.
