摘要
采用碱溶酸沉法、乙醇回流提取法、浸渍提取法提取云南野樱桃果实中槲皮素,用紫外分光法和高效液相色谱法测定野樱桃中槲皮素的含量.其结果为:碱溶酸沉法得到的槲皮素含量>乙醇回流提取得到的槲皮素含量>浸渍提取得到的槲皮素含量.通过分析比较,三种提取法中,碱溶酸沉法提取槲皮素的工艺最为合理和简便.
Three methods were used to extract quercetin from wild cherry of Yunnan province with its content in the wild cherry determined by UV Spectrophotometry and HPLC.The result indicates that alkali-solution and acid-isolation method is the simplest and most reasonable among the three methods and the amounts of quercetin obtained respectively by alkali-solution and acid-isolation,ethanol reflux extraction and dipping methods is in the descending order.
