摘要
目的评价泡沫硬化疗治疗大隐静脉曲张的效果。方法将49例大隐静脉曲张患者(54条肢体,CEAP分级为C2级)随机分为注射组及对照组。注射组采用泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎+点式抽剥术,比较两组观察指标。结果注射组治疗操作时间(18.8±4.5)min,对照组手术时间(39.3±8.2)min;注射组治疗费用(1057±184)元,对照组(3845±546)元,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射组患者发生并发症2例,对照组4例,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂治疗轻中度大隐静脉曲张安全有效,费用低,且简单易行。
Objective To estimate effect of foam sclerotherapy for great saphenous vein varicosity.Methods 49 patients(54 limbs,CEAP classification,2) with varicosis of great saphenous vein were selected to treat with traditional stripping for varicosis of great saphenous vein as control group or to treat with foam sclerotherapy as injection group.Clinical data was compared between them.Results There was a significant difference(P<0.05) in the operation time between injection group and control group.Expenditure of treatment in injection group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The complication was not significantly different(P>0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Foam sclerotherapy is simple and effective in the treatment of mild to moderate varicosis of great saphenous vein.
