摘要
以齿瓣石斛为试验材料,选择不同的附主树种、种植时间、肥料试验、捆绑材料及捆绑方法,进行仿野生栽培试验。结果表明:附主树种以龙眼树、柑橘树最好,成活率达92%以上,单茎重和抽芽数也较高,荔枝树做附主树种最差;种植季节适宜安排在2、3、4、9、10月;在田间管理中,肥料以施用牛粪最佳,捆绑材料用胶带较好。
With different attached tree species,planting time,fertilizers,binding materials and binding methods,the simulated wild-cultivation experiments were conducted to Dendrobium devonianum.The results showed that the longan tree and the citrus tree were the best attached tree species,their survival rate reached over 92% and single stem weight and bud number were relatively high;but litchi tree was the worst attached tree specie.The suitable planting season was better in February,March,April,September or October.During field management,cow dung was the best fertilizer and tape was the best binding material for growth of Dendrobium devonianum.
