摘要
从黄芪(Radix Astragalus)中提取黄芪甲苷,将其作用于THP-1细胞和THP-1吞噬结核杆菌菌株H37Rv模型,考察黄芪甲苷促进THP-1吞噬结核杆菌的效果。结果表明,黄芪甲苷能强化THP-1细胞活力和其吞噬H37Rv的能力,且试验范围内黄芪甲苷浓度越高作用效果越强。
Astragaloside was extracted from Radix Astragalus and applied on THP-1 cell and model of THP-1 phagocytozing Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv to explore the promotion effect of astragaloside on the phagotrophy function of THP-1 to M.tuberculosis.The results indicated that astragaloside could boost the vitality of THP-1 cell and its phagotrophy ability to M.tuberculosis strain H37Rv.And the efficiency increased with the increase of astragaloside concentration within the testing range.
