摘要
利用改良的CTAB法、SDS法及斑迹抽提法提取三裂叶豚草(Ambrosia trifida L.)不同部位的基因组DNA。结果表明,改良的CTAB法提取三裂叶豚草韧皮部基因组DNA的提取效果最好。
Modified CTAB,SDS and Banji method were used to extract genomic DNA from different tissue of Ambrosia trifida.The results showed that the effect of extracting DNA from phloem of A.trifida using modified CTAB method was the best.
