摘要
降低网络耗损和电力用户的供电成本,加强线损管理工作是目前供电企业的一项非常重要的工作。目前的电能计量装置基本上都采取了远程抄表或集中抄表的方式,因此在理论上实现线路实际线损的实时统计分析成为可能。本文根据供电企业线损管理的需要,开发了一套基于B/S和C/S混合模式的电网线损管理系统,并且对其中的关键功能及其实现方法进行了详细的探讨。
To reduce power supply line losses and the cost of power users,line losses management is a very important work at present in power supply enterprises.The electric energy metering device basically adopt remote meter reading or centralized meter reading way,thus the real-time statistical analysis of line losses in theory is possible.According to the need of line losses management of power supply enterprise,this project has developed a system of line losses management based on the hybrid model of B/S and C/S,and the key function and its implementation method is discussed in detail.
