据海关统计,1982年一至三季度我国对外贸易进出口总值为人民币558.8亿元,比1981年同期增长3.7%,净增近20亿元.其中,出口总值为298.1亿元,比1981年同期增长15.8%,净增40.7亿元,出口总值所占比重由1981年的47.8%上升为1982年的53.3%,进口总值为260.7亿元,比1981年同期下降7.4%,净减20.7亿元,进口总值所占比重由1981年的52.2%下降到1982年的46.7%.1982年一至三季度,我国出口总值仍大于进口总值,顺差人民币37.3亿元.
According to the Customs' statistics, China's total trade volume in the first 9 months of 1982 amounted to RMB 55.88 billion yuan, an increase of 3.7%, or a net increase of RMB 2 billion yuan over the same period of last year. The total export value increased by RMB 4.07 billion yuan to RMB 29.81 billion yuan, which represents an increase of 15.8% over the same period of 1981, and its proportion in the total trade turnover has risen from 47.8% in 1981 to 53.3% in 1982. The total import volume fell by RMB 2.07 billion yuan to RMB 26.07 billion, a decrease of 7.4% against the corresponding period of 1981, and its proportion in the total trade turnover has also declined from 52.2% in 1981 to 46.7% in 1982. China's total export for the first 9 months of 1982 was still larger than that of import, with a surplus of RMB 3.73 billion yuan.Among the commodities exported in the first 9 months, the share of industrial manufactures rose to 55% from 52% in the same period of 1981, a net up of RMB 2.87 billion yuan, while that of primary products declined from 48% to 45%. Nevertheless, the total export volume still registered an increase of RMB 1.2 billion yuan. During this period, China's import of industrial manufactures made up 58% of her total import instead of 61% in 1981, a net decrease of RMB 2.62 billion yuan, while her import of primary products has grown from 36% to 41%, adding RMB 0.55 billion yuan to her import bill.Statistics on consuming countries of China's export as well as originating countries of her import show that while maintaining trade relations with 182 countries and regions, a substantial portion of her trade in the first 9 months of 1982 was carried on with 20 countries and regions, with a trade turnover of RMB 46.14 billion, which accounted for 82.5% of her import and export total.
