摘要
采用二次正交试验设计实验方案,对胡萝卜进行了真空冷冻干燥实验,建立了单位面积生产率与冻干室压强、加热板温度和冻干厚度的二次回归数学模型,分析了过程参数对实验指标的影响特性,并由此得到了冻干生产率的优化参数。
The vacuum freeze drying of carrot was conducted according to the methods of quadratic thogonal experiment.Based on the result,the mathematical models of productivity with the material thickness, heating temperature anti pressure of drying chamber were established and the effect of this three parameters on the process of drying was analyized. The optimal results were as follows:thickness 8.77 mm,pressure 31.57 Pa, heating temperature 69.28℃.
