摘要
欧盟是我国食品出口第2大市场,它利用自身优势在标准制定、认证认可、检出指标和检测限值等方面设置壁垒,影响我国食品对欧盟的出口贸易。本文对2002~2012年欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(rapid alert system for food and feed, RASFF)通报我国食品及饲料类产品出口欧盟的违例信息进行总结,深入分析了真菌毒素和食品接触材料两大类问题,并针对欧盟通报的重点问题和变化趋势进行分析,以期为我国政府调整出口欧盟食品政策,制修订我国农产品加工相关标准提供参考。
The European Union(EU) is the second largest market of Chinese food exports. EU sets lots of barriers in standards development, certification and accreditation and detection index or limit, which have great influence on China’s export trade. In this paper, the violation information of Chinese food and feed based on the notification of EU rapid alert system for food and feed from 2002 to 2012 were summarized, thoroughly the problems of mycotoxins and food contact materials, and states the key point and change trend were analyzed in order to adjust the export policy and provide references to relevant standards development.
