摘要
心理负荷评估方法包括主任务分析、次任务测定、主观评定和生理生化测定等类型,它们具有各自的特点和适用范围,当然也存在不同的局限性。以往的心理负荷评估方法研究常出现不一致、不理想的结果,这与许多因素(如负荷全距、作业性质)的不合理控制有关。今后的心理负荷评估研究可以多维评估为出发点。
Mental workload assessment methods can be categorized into primary task procedures, secordary task measures,subjective ratings and physiological and biochemical response measures. Although there were some distinguishing features for each category,they were also limited specially,and suitable for each given situation.The results reviewed revealed dissociations among studies on mental workload assessment.A lot of variables,it is believed,related to them such as range of workload level and dimension of task.Multidimensional procedures should be used in the future resrarch.
