摘要
本文论述了三个问题 :1把 3 0年来我国工程心理学的发展分为三个阶段 :60年代前期为初兴期 ;70年代中期至 80年代初为恢复期 ;80年代中期开始为发展期。2阐明建设中国本土化工程心理学的意义 ,并提出工程心理学本土化的标准。3强调只有加强应用研究 ,才能加速建立适合我国国情的工程心理学。
The research on engineering psychology in China began in the early 1960's. At that time, a number of studies were conducted on information display issues, such as the evaluation of the mode of signal presentation in the central control room of an electric power station, human factors in the design of instrument displays and human factors in a railway signal display system. By the middle of 1970's , formulation of ergonomic standards and related research had become a major work of specialists in engineering psychology in China . In the middle of 1980's, with the smooth development of our modernization program, engineering psychology in China entered a new stage of vigorous development, with the expansion of research work into some new areas, such as engineering anthropometry, measurement of workload, human computer interface and artificial intelligence. Three criteria are for the establishment of nationalized engineering psychology in China : a) having a large group of specialists in engineering psychology b) establishing importance to the studies on human factors issues in the design and usage of products, facilities and environments Chinese use c) obtaining reliable research results.Only if Chinese psychologists published engineering psychology of their own textbooks based mainly on research in China, were they able to solve various engineering psychology issues existing in the course of development of our society, and we can say that nationalized engineering psychology has been established. Intensification of applied research is the main way to establish nationalized engineering psychology in China. Applied research is the important way to accumulate the research data fitting in with Chinese enable people to get better understanding of engineering psychology and accelerate the development engineering psychology in China.
