摘要
本文通过调查分析长春市主城区图书馆空间分布及文献资源情况,结合长春市主城区人口分布,将基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线首次引入图书馆资源评价,利用洛伦兹曲线计算出长春市主城区人均文献享有量的基尼系数,以此来评价长春市主城区户籍人口享有文献资源的公平性。
By surveying and analyzing the distribution and collections of libraries in the main administrative regions of Changchun City,and in combination with the population distribution in the regions,the authors introduce Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve in the resource evaluation of library,and calculate the Gini coefficient of book-holdings per capita in the regions by using Lorenz curve,aiming at evaluate the information fairness of the book-holdings of household population in the regions.
