摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,各个国家都已经认识到"技术创新"在当今世界性的竞争中起着越来越关键的作用,它是一个国家竞争力的主要源泉。作为追赶世界先进水平的发展中国家,中国技术创新的推动者——R&D人力资源却十分稀缺。这就要求我国在进行技术创新投入时,必须要有坚实的科学根据,以使我们有限的R&D人力资源能得到充分利用。本文运用SPSS12.0统计软件对R&D人力资源对技术创新的影响进行了数量分析,希望能为相关政策制定者提供依据,使决策更为科学客观。
With the arrival of the knowledge-based economic era,all countries have understand that in the contemporary world the 'technology innovation' are playing an increasingly crucial role in the competition.It is a major source of national competitiveness.As developing countries to catch up with the world's advanced level,Our nation have not had enough Research and Development human resources who are the promoters of technological innovation.This requires us that when we input R & D human resources in technical innovation,we must have a solid scientific basis,so that our limited R & D human resources can be fully utilized.This paper use SPSS12.0 software as a tool for provided a quantitative analysis of the impact of R & D human resources on technological innovation.I hope that the conclusion will be helpful to policy makers to make decisions more scientific and objective.
