摘要
在阐述物流高级化观点的基础上,运用物流集成思想,提出货运物流化的低碳物流运作模式及其要点。该模式强调从物流方案统筹规划和监控管理来提高物流效率,进而实现低碳物流运作。从物流集成的视角,论证货运物流化实现节能减排、低碳物流运作的集成管理理论。提出低碳物流运作策略,降低货运能源消耗及企业运输成本,实现企业经济效益与社会效益的"双赢"并举。
The paper describes the viewpoints on logistics integration,puts forward the operation mode and Its main points of freight - logistics in low - carbon - logistics(LCL).based on the ideas of logistics - advancing.The mode emphasizes Improving logistics efficiency with the overall planning program,monitoring and management to achieve lowcarbon -logistics.From the perspective of logistics integration theory,the freight -logistics was demonstrated as strategy of energy - saving and low - carbon operation.The freight - logistics is thought of low - carbon - logistics strategy to reduce transportation energy consumption and corporate transport costs,to improve its economic and social benefits,with 'a win - win' simultaneously.
