摘要 创新型工程科技人才是创新型国家建设的第一资源和战略资源,在明确创新型工程科技人才内涵的基础上,分析了创新型工程科技人才的胜任力的结构,是以科学知识和工程技术为知识基础,具备高度的创新精神和创新能力,并通过多元复合的实践技能,获取信息和资源的商务技能,以及个性化与创新精神的完美结合实现在工程科技过程中的创新。结合创新型工程科技人才的胜任力结构,重点阐述对创新型工程科技人才的培养和开发的重要举措。 Innovative engineering-technology talents are the first rescource and the strategy resource for the constructing of innovative country.Based on confirming the connotation of innovative engineering-technology talents,we analyze the competent structure of innovative engineering-technology talents,such as practice capability,market capability, creativity and innovation energy,design and Integration of engineering and technology,etc.Then,there are important measures of cultivating for the competent structure of innovative engineering-technology talents.
