摘要
该文是作者《汉语口语非独立句研究》系列论文中的一篇。文章描写口语格式“等……的”的各种特性。语义功能：表示说话人的意志或愿望，有劝止、应答作用；语音特征：“等”音节弱化，“的”音节异化。语用条件：一般用在会话双方的接答话一方。结构方式：可进入这个格式的语言单位是表示时间或处置行为的词语。文章还讨论了这种格式与它的平行同义结构之间的相容及相斥的关系。
Abstract This paper is one in the series by the author entitled A Study of Nonindependent Sentence in Colloquial Chinese.It gives a detailed description of various characteristics of the colloquial pattern“deng…de”-its semantic functions,which dentote the will or desire of the speaker with an implication of persuasion and promise;its phonetic features with the“deng”syllable weakened and the“de”syllable dissimilated;its pragmatic constraint,that is,it is often used by the respondent in a dialogue;and its structural pattern,which contains words denoting time and executing an action.The present paper also discusses the permissive and repulsive relations between the“deng…de”pattern and its parallel synonymous structures.
