摘要
海瑞其人和海瑞精神，得琼州江山文化之助。海瑞具有钟爱乡土的情怀，表现了一种生命自觉和人性自觉。海瑞乡土情怀中最令人感动的层面，是他对三州十邑人民的关切之情。对处于社会底层的“小民”的关切、为遭受血腥镇压的黎族人民鸣不平，是海瑞乡土情怀中最可贵的情愫；对琼州官场“贪济贪”结构的剖析和“未涉鲸波，先营囊橐”的揭露，具有历史和现实意义。
]:This paper argues that it was the culture of Hainan that nurtured Hai RuiHimself and his spirit. Hai Rui had deep feelings for his native land-Hainan and showed aconsciousness both for life and humanity. The most impression aspect of it was that he wasdeeply concerned at the lowly at the bottom of society and complained of unfairness for the Lipeople suffering fron the bloody suppression.This is considered as the most valuable sentiment in Hai Rui's feelings for his native land. In adition. his analysis on the Phenomenon that thefeudal officials acted in collusion with each other and his exposition to their corrupt dealingshave historical and reaistic significance.[
