摘要
本试验采用了山茶花单节单叶扦插繁殖,采用不同浓度植物激素NAA,不同的处理时间以及不同采穗时段进行试验,初步得出用100ppm处理,时间为24小时的生根效果最佳.
This experiment adopted the single part and single leaf cutting,different chroma hormone(NAA),different disposed time and different seasonal cutting.The elementary conclusion is that the cutting is the best way with disposed 100ppm and 24 houes.
