摘要
[目的]探讨膝关节骨性关节炎伴发滑膜炎时的治疗方法。[方法]对43例患者进行关节腔内注射疗法与中药结合治疗。[结果]43例患者中治愈28例,好转15例,有效率100%。[结论]膝关节骨性关节炎治疗上除消除滑膜积液以治标外,还须补益肝肾以治本。
[Objective] To discuss how to treat the knee osteoarthritis supervene synovitis.[Method] Injection into knee joint and Chinese traditional medicine confer together to treat 43 cases.[Result] All cases had effect.28 knees were cured,15 knees were improved.[Conclusion] We must tonify the liver and kidney to effect a permanent cure when we treat synovitis.
