红曲霉菌丝体及发酵滤液抗疲劳作用的研究 被引量:1

The Study on Anti fatigue of Monascus Mycelium and Its Fermentative Filter

摘要 采用红曲霉菌丝体及发酵滤液能抑制小白鼠过度肥胖;明显提高小白鼠游泳耐力;运动后血糖下降较少; The author studies the monascus mycelium and its fermentative filter liquid by using animal experiment. The result shows that it can keep mice from over fat and obviously increase the endurance of swimming. After exercise, their blood sugar is slightly decreased, and the ability of anaerobic metabolism is improved.
