分子影像学2011年度进展报告 被引量:4

摘要 分子影像学是指在活体状态下,在细胞和分子水平上,应用影像学方法对人或动物体内的生物学过程成像,进而开展定性和定量研究的一门学科。和传统影像学对比,分子影像学着眼于生物过程的基础变化,而不是这些变化的最终结果。因此,通过分子成像,我们可成功捕捉“疾病前状态”,并及时早期干预,达到改善预后的目的。在纳米生物技术、微流体技术等其他相关学科快速发展的促动下,分子成像发展十分迅速。近年来,分子成像对疾病诊疗的关键作用日益彰显,目前已经筛选出大量决定疾病发展进程的关键分子靶点,并针对靶点进行定性和定量研究。分子成像也越来越引入关注,并正在逐渐从基础研究向临床应用领域转化。由于分子影像学的发展极为迅速,技术及应用门类繁多,在短时间内对分子影像学的进展现状进行非常全面的分析评价非常困难,在本次进展报告中,我们先从整体上回顾了2010~2011年度分子影像学国际在国内各个方面的综合进展,之后分别就分子成像技术、分子成像应用领域等进行分类的阐述,最后对分子影像的未来发展进行了分析和展望,希望对我国分子影像学事业的发展做出贡献。
