摘要
将富氧点火技术应用于在某电厂超临界670MW机组贫煤锅炉,对冷态点火启动过程中的飞灰含碳量、大渣含碳量、锅炉升温升压曲线以及最低不投油稳燃能力进行了测试。结果表明,富氧点火技术特别适用于劣质煤种,节油效果显著,可提高煤粉燃尽率,同时还能提前投入静电除尘器,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。
The pure oxygen ignition technology was applied in a supercritical 670MW unit boiler using inferior coal as the fuel.Several operation parameters during the cold state startup were tested,like carbon content in fly ash and coarse slag,temperature and pressure raise curves of the boilers,and the minimum oil-free combustion stabilizing capability.The results show that the pure oxygen ignition technology is especially suitable to inferior coal.This technology has significant oil saving effect,can improve the coal burnout rate and put the electrostatic precipitator into service in advance,which has great economic and environmental benefits
