摘要
为了满足应急管理的需求,对城市轨道交通突发事件应急决策的特点进行了分析,借鉴了CBR技术的思想,将以案例推理为基础,集成专家知识的方法运用到了城市轨道交通突发事件应急决策辅助系统当中,分析了系统的结构和功能模块,探讨了系统涉及的关键技术,重点阐述了应急预案和案例的表示形式和案例的检索技术。
To meet the requirements of urban mass transit,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the decision making system during urban mass transit emergencies.This method combines CBR with expert knowledge into the system,and it analyzes the system structure and function module.The paper also discusses the key technologies involved in the system,focusing on the representation of retrieval technology and case contingency plans,thus providing support for the modernization of the urban mass transit emergency response system.
