摘要 探讨了8 mm厚2219铝合金FSW与VPPA交叉焊缝性能,研究了交叉焊缝的力学性能.焊接接头常温的抗拉强度在260 MPa以上,断后伸长率为7.5%~9.5%.对交叉焊焊缝与VPPA焊焊缝进行显微组织与硬度分析,2种接头组织为无明显结晶方向的细小铸造组织,共晶组织、形状、尺寸无显著差异;2种接头硬度分布曲线呈V形:两侧母材硬度较高,母材到焊缝中心的硬度呈现下降的趋势,在焊缝中心出现一个极小值.与VPPA焊焊缝相比,交叉焊接头的焊缝区较宽,硬度“软化区”较大. 8 mm thickness 2219 aluminum alloy plate was intercrossed by friction stir welding(FSW) and VPPA welding, the mechanical properties of the joints were tested, the results showed that the tensile strength of the joint was over 260 MPa, elongation ratio was 7.5%~9.5%. The microstructure and distribution of the hardness of the joint were observed, two kinds of welded joint organizations were fine casting organization and have no obvious crystallization direction, their eutectic organization, sizes and shape have no significant difference. Two joint hardness distribution curves showed ' V' shape, on both sides of the base metal hardness was higher, the hardness showed downward trend from base metal to the weld center, there was a minimum in the center of the weld. Cross jointed weld area was wider and hardness 'soften' area was larger than VPPA weld.
