摘要
以高盐水样加标0.01mg/L为试样,对磷酸二氢铵及硝酸铵这两种基体改进剂的加入量及升温程序选择试验表明,在线加入20滋L5g/L的硝酸铵比5g/L的磷酸二氢铵更适合高盐基体样品中铅的测定。
Abstract By using high salt water spiked with 0.01 mg/L of Pb as samples, adjusting the quantities of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and ammonium nitrate as chemical modifier and selecting the temperature programming, it was demonstrated that, determination of lead in high salt samples by the online addition of 20 μL 5 g/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is superior to 5 g/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
