摘要
从学科问题意识角度看,管理伦理学的问题意识就是要回答管理伦理领域中的道德敏感程度问题。管理伦理学的特性在于它是基于伦理精神而非伦理规范的情境的伦理和关系的伦理。
In terms of disciplinary problem awareness,the problem awareness in management ethics is the sensibility to morality in management ethics.Management ethics is situational ethics and relationship ethics based on ethical spirit rather than ethical norms,which is the typical characteristic of management ethics.
