摘要
为了挖掘文南油田储层剩余油潜力,开展了深部调剖技术。对自制的一种抗高温耐盐凝胶颗粒调剖剂首先进行了室内静态评价和动态模拟实验,结果表明,固相含量3.0%、粒径范围0.04~0.30 mm的颗粒堵剂能适应文南油田深度调剖的需要。矿场实践表明,该调剖技术能起到明显增油降水效果,文33-28井压力由调驱前初期的13 MPa上升至34 MPa,对应油井含水率由95%下降至75%。
In-depth profile modification for injection wells was carried out to exploit the residual oil of Wennan Oilfield.The static evaluation and dynamic simulation experiments of home made gel particle with heat resistance and salt tolerance were first carried out in lab.The result showed that the particle plugging agent with the solid content of 35% and particle size of 0.04-0.30 mm could meet the requirements of deep profile control.Furthermore,field test indicated that the profile control had obvious effects in increase of oil production and water shut off with the pressure in Wen 33-28 well increased from 13 MPa before profile control to 34 MPa,water content of corresponding well decreased from 95% to 75%.
