从药品不良反应的定义切入。首先把该定义中的正常用法用量解释成正常使用,然后阐述药品正常使用的前提条件,讨论影响药品正常使用的因素,最后对药品不良反应概念中的正常含义进行扩大解释。对药品不良反应进行解释是为了正确理解其核心内涵,促进合理用药。
In this paper, the discussion starts with the definition of adverse drug reactions. First, the definition of the normal usage and dosage are interpreted as normal use. Then a precondition is set for the normal use of drugs to discuss the factors that affect the normal use of drugs. Finally, the concept of adverse drug reactions in the normal meaning has been broadly interpreted. The definition of adverse drug reactions has been interpreted clearly, so that we can properly understand its core meaning, and promote rational drug use.
