摘要
为解决在应急条件下的装备器材供应过程中由于器材需求点时间窗变动而产生的干扰问题,在对需求点时间窗变动扰动辨识和度量的基础上,制定了扰动恢复策略,构建了基于虚拟资源点的需求点时间窗变动扰动恢复模型;为寻求最优解,设计了基于轮盘赌选择的改进变邻域搜索算法。通过数值试验对模型和算法的有效性进行了验证。
In order to solve disruption problems caused by time window change of the demand points in the process of emergency equipment material supply,on the basis of identification and measurement of the disruption with the time window change of the demand points,the disruption recovery strategy is formulated,and the disruption recovery model based on virtual resource points is built;for seeking the optimizing result,the improvement Variable Neighborhood Search(VNS) algorithm based on roulette wheel selection is designed.The validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by some numerical experiments.
