摘要
从风力发电项目的投资特点出发,通过经实物期权修正的费用效率法与传统方法的比较,分析风力发电项目决策应用实物期权方法的必要性与可行性.实物期权法在充分考虑了风力发电项目不确定条件下的投资价值,保证了风力发电项目决策的科学性.
Aiming at the investment characteristics of wind power projects, by comparing the cost-efficient method with the traditional method modified by the real options, the necessity and feasibility of the applications of the real options approach in decision-making of wind power projects are analyzed. Giving full consideration to the value of the investment under uncertain conditions of wind power projects,the real option method can ensure scientific decision-making of wind power projects.
