摘要
教师专业发展指导者是指对教师承担着专业指导与成长服务责任的专门人员。随着教师教育"重心"后移态势的日益明显,教师培养者的角色势必发生由"教师教育者"向"教师专业发展指导者"的转变。教师专业发展指导者的功能定位是"促进"教师而非"教育"教师。即让教师成为自己,发现教师的专业潜能,用教育服务引领教师发展,做好教师发展的导师与谋士。
Teacher trainer is one of the most dynamic factor in teacher education system,and the cultivation of high-quality teacher trainer determines the success or failure of teacher education reforms.Guide of teacher’s professional development is the specialized personnel who undertakes professional guidance and service responsibility for teachers’ professional growth.With the development of the increasingly evident trend,that is,teacher education ’s focus moving back,the role of teacher trainer will change from teacher educator to teacher professional development’s guide.The fundamental function orientation is to facilitate teacher’s professional development,not to educate teachers.The basic content of this function includes the following,namely,rendering a teacher to be himself,to find his professional potential,to lead teachers’ development through education service,to act as teacher’s tutor and counselor.
